There’s a new art gallery opening in my hometown of South Boston, VA and I am privileged to be showing some of my photography there. It’s called galleria d’arte and it’s right next to Bistro 1888 on South Boston’s historic Main Street. I have five 24″x32″ canvas prints on display including this one called Kit Outing (baby bunnies are actually called kits) which is already in the window.

(And yes, [for all my photog friends] I realize a circular polarizer would have come in handy to photograph this window scene.)

The ribbon cutting will be Tuesday, May 26 at 10 am and the Grand Opening Reception is Friday, May 29 from 7-9. I am hoping to attend the Grand Opening Reception depending on my website schedule. I’m not ready to quit my day job just yet but this is probably a small step in that direction.
